Yay, I went to S'nB last night. Ok, there were only 2 of us--but I still had a great soy cappuccino, good conversation, and I finished the second Opal sock! Um, but I forgot to take a picture before I packaged them up to send to my sister (D'OH)! To make up for it, here is a pic of the goodies I bought while in Seattle. This morning I cast on for a basic ribbed sock using the dark purple Heirloom Easy Care 8 that my sister picked out. I do not like this yarn--it's 100% wool, but it's been treated in such a way that it's kind of slippery and quite splitty.
