 This is the pattern I'm using to make some jammies. I bought some cute print microfleece from JoAnns and I found that I can make the top and the bottoms with just 1 yd. Woot!

Microfleece might be to hot for pajamas, you might ask your cousin. I reccomend regular flannel. My niece used to get so hot in microfleece pjs. |
