Drunken CrockPot chicken 3 whole chicken breasts 1 12-oz bottle or can of beer salt and pepper dried thyme 1 large potato, cut into chunks 2 c. baby carrots 4 large garlic cloves, sliced 1/2 large onion, sliced margarine or butter Put chicken breasts into crockpot. Season skin with salt, pepper, and dried thyme. Throw in potato, onions, garlic, and carrots. Pour beer over the top and add a bit more salt and pepper. Cook on high for about 4 hours and low for another hour. Remove veggies with a slotted spoon and put them in a large bowl. Add 1-2 T. butter or margaine and stir well. Remove chicken to a plate and serve!
