Finally, I finished these pjs for Henry. They were a PITA to make (and took me forever), but now I'm happy with the way they turned out. The fabric is that non-flammable sleepwear stuff (100% poly) from JoAnns and the pattern is New Look 6525. They look like they will be a bit big on him right now, but that was the plan. He is growing like a weed, especially in length!

For valentines day, DH got me some chocolates and a JoAnns gift card. Does he know me or what? I might even go to JoAnns today. I'm thinking I should buy some fabric for ME instead of flannel for Henry's diapers! Yesterday I cut out my first skirt for sew? I knit! using some stash fabric, but I'd like to make several more (I'm using New Look 6565). I'm thinking I would like something in a pretty batik.

Comments:
Great PJs! Big is best at this age, especially when you put a lot of work into something like this.

Love the jammies! Was the pattern simple enough that it'd lend itself to charity crafting projects? I'm always looking for something to produce assembly-line style for the volunteer sewing group at my local hospital.
